To assist you in determining the correct asking price we provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties sold and offered for sale in your neighborhood; this requires a visit to you home and assessment of the improvements and condition of your property.  To provide a detailed Comparative Market Analysis, we would be more than happy to schedule an appointment to view your home in person. There is a $100.00 charge for a comprehensive CMA; however it is waived if you list your home with us.   

With that being said, some sellers would just like to have a general idea of the price their home could be listed at.  This is different than the comprehensive CMA, it is based on the information that YOU provide and is done without a visit to your home.  If you are considering selling your home, but have not fully committed to the idea then please fill out the form below and we will provide you with a preliminary price range that your home could be listed-to help assist you in making that decision!
