- I will work at your pace; we can view the homes one at a time or pick a day and view up to 10 in a row!
- Once you have found the home that is right for you I will assist you in determining the value and negotiating a sales price with the seller.
- Once you have a sales contract on your new home, there are inspections available, appraisals, title searches, and more that we will schedule; I will work within the deadlines of the contract to make sure that all inspections are done in a timely manner.

- Traditional newspaper ads are used as well, we use local newspapers such as: The Alton Telegraph, Macoupin County Journal, Staunton Star Times, Mt. Olive, Litchfield, South County News, just to name a few.
- Open Houses are done, as are weekly home tours with our Realtors to introduce your home to realtors with clients who are looking for a home as well as potential buyers themselves.
- Through the use of Homes Magazines, we market to the larger populations of the Metro Area. These are the free magazines seen at many supermarkets, department stores, and restaurants in the surrounding area.
